1 female cat + 1 male cat results in 420,000 cats in 7 years!!
Do the Math

Let's see... If dogs start breeding at age 2 and have 2 litters per year with an average of 5 puppies per litter with half of those being female with a lifespan of .... After 7 years, how many dogs will you have? A lot!

.

The Problem

Each year, millions of unwanted dogs and cats are euthanized (killed) at shelters across the country. Although pet behavioral problems are the main reasons animals are dropped off at shelters, many orphans are the result of accidental breeding by free-roaming, unaltered pets. The more pets spayed or neutered, the fewer dogs and cats will have to be destroyed.

The Benefits

»  Spayed and neutered dogs and cats liver longer, healthier lives.
»  Spayed female dogs and cats have fewer occurrences of uterine of ovarian cancer.
»  Neutered male dogs and cats have lower rates of prostate cancer.
»  Neutered animals are less likely to roam and fight.
